As you’re signing up for The Select League (TSL) you notice that besides playing there is an option to play and coach or just to coach. But what all does that entail?

The obvious answer is to prepare the team for game day and set the lineup. But there is more to it in TSL. Minus a team manager (one who heads the operations side), the coach would presumably take on those duties as well. That would include deciding on the official team name, designing team uniforms, securing a team sponsor, and determining where to practice and play games among other things.
While that seems like a lot and perhaps overwhelming, the league will assist you in anyway you wish. The position will allow you to be creative both on and off the field.
