Key Responsibilities of Ownership

2. Hiring a Head Coach & Building a Roster The owner will be responsible for identifying and appointing a head coach who shares the club’s vision and values. From there, the owner and coach will work together to:

• Recruit players who can compete in the Select League

• Establish a clear playing identity and club standards

3. Securing Sponsorships Sponsorships are a major part of making an amateur club sustainable. Ownership will be responsible for:

• Approaching local businesses and potential partners

• Creating sponsorship packages (shirt sponsors, sleeve sponsors, banner ads, social media features, etc.)
