Additional information
How should substitutions be handled other than the 5 given per game by FIFA? How many players per team min/max should be allowed? Any other rules differing from FIFA should we consider? What should requirements be for uniform kits? Ideas on opening/closing ceremonies, game festivities and other ways of making this a grand event?

Attending the meeting was USA coach Juan Reyes, Brazil player Michael Nichols, Mexico player Oscar Polafox and Brandon Fisher.
Decided unlimited substitutions and players may re-enter the game after being subbed out. 21 players maximum per roster which means India and the USA are at max. Mexico is allotted one more player. 3-man referee crews per game. Uniform kits must have the respective national football association logo on them. Any accrued championship stars from FIFA World Cups will be removed and given accordingly to our own local results. Highlighted the need for the teams of India, Algeria, Mexico and USA to start practicing and playing friendlies to showcase that this whole endeavor is legitimate. Sign up deadline is March 1.
