As the Women’s Elite Soccer League (WESL) prepares to kick off its inaugural season in spring 2026, several clubs across the Kansas City metro are actively seeking volunteer coaches to help lead their teams into this exciting new era of adult women’s soccer.
WESL is committed to providing a high-level, competitive environment for adult women athletes who are passionate about the game. As the league continues to grow, strong leadership on the sidelines will be essential—and that’s where you come in.
We are looking for reliable, communicative, and knowledgeable coaches who can commit to training and matchdays throughout the spring and summer season. While not required, women coaches are strongly encouraged to apply as the league seeks to foster representation and leadership opportunities for women in all areas of the sport.
Whether you’ve coached before or are eager to take the next step in your soccer journey, WESL clubs would love to hear from you.
Interested individuals can inquire at kcaff.contact@gmail.com or reach out directly to one of the participating clubs.
Help shape the future of women’s soccer in Kansas City—one touchline at a time.
