Exciting KCAFF Friendlies Deliver Thrills and Chills on February 2, 2024

Kansas City, MO - In a weekend filled with soccer action, the Kansas City Association Football Federation (KCAFF) hosted two thrilling friendlies at Olathe Northwest High School on February 2, 2024.


The first match featured an intense clash between India and Cameroon. Despite a late start due to delayed player arrivals, the teams brought the heat to the chilly field. In a close battle, India emerged victorious with a 2-1 win over Cameroon. The late kickoff added an extra layer of suspense to the match, keeping fans on the edge of their seats until the final whistle.

The second match of the day kicked off at 4pm, pitting Nepal against Honduras. This encounter proved to be a smooth and clean game, with both teams displaying excellent sportsmanship. However, Honduras dominated the field, securing a commanding 5-0 victory over Nepal. The spectators were treated to a display of skill and precision by the Honduran team.


The officiating crew, comprised of Jhonny Reyes, Carlos Molina, and Tarren Bingham, ensured fair play and upheld the spirit of the game in both matches. Their expertise contributed to the overall success of the event, allowing players to showcase their talents on the field.


The choice of Olathe Northwest High School as the venue provided a suitable setting for the intense competition. With the crowd cheering and the teams giving their all, the KCAFF friendlies on February 2, 2024, were a testament to the passion and dedication within the local soccer community.
