Local Mexican National Team Coming Together for KCAFF Competitions

In an exciting development for soccer enthusiasts in the Kansas City area, a dedicated group of 11 players and a passionate coach have come together to form the local Mexican National team. The team is set to compete in Kansas City Association Football Federation (KCAFF) friendlies and various tournaments, including the upcoming KCAFF World Cup in 2026.


The team, still open to recruitment, emphasizes the importance of reliability in potential players. With a goal to create a formidable and committed squad, the team is reaching out to local talent to join their ranks and contribute to the growing soccer community in the area.


As the KCAFF World Cup coincides with the FIFA World Cup in 2026, the local Mexican National team is gearing up for exciting and competitive play. The KCAFF matches will not only provide a platform for local teams to showcase their skills but also foster a sense of community and camaraderie among soccer enthusiasts in the region.

The team is currently in the process of finalizing its roster, and interested players are encouraged to reach out. The cost to play for the local Mexican National team is $65, which covers the full uniform kit, including all items displayed in associated pictures. Additionally, a portion of referee fees and field costs will be determined on a match-by-match basis or for each scheduled tournament. Each player must be from Mexico originally or of Mexican heritage.
