WHAT DOES IT COST TO PLAY?
It depends on when you sign up and pay your sign up fees. If you sign up and pay prior to September 23, the fee is $210. Afterwards it will go up to $275, with late sign up just before the start of the season at $310.
WHAT DOES MY FEE COVER?
Your fee pays for your complete club home and away uniform kits, your player sanctioning (insurance), and your portion of the referee and field costs.
WHEN DOES THE SEASON START?
The Select League season starts in April. Club training can begin as early as Autumn depending on the club manager and players.
HOW MANY MATCHES (GAMES) ARE PLAYED?
Each club will play in a total of 18 matches starting in April and lasting into the early Fall with breaks for holiday weekends.
ARE ALL MATCHES PLAYED AT THE SAME FIELDS?
No. Each club will have their own home pitch, or field, that they will play all of their home matches at. Therefore, playing for Lenexa City will give you 9 matches in Lenexa and the rest at other venues around the KC metro area.
HOW CAN I SHOW MY SUPPORT FOR LENEXA CITY?
There are a number of ways to show support for Lenexa City. You can simply show up to the club's matches and cheer on the team. Also, once the shop opens up, you can purchase Lenexa City items.
