**Job Title:** Matchday Attendant (Volunteer Position)

**Duration:** Seasonal (April to early August)

**Hours:** 4 hours per home match day

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Ticket Management:**
   - Take tickets from spectators upon entry.

​

2. **Premier Seat Holder Services:**
   - Attend to premier seat holders during matches.
   - Offer beverages and food options to premier seat holders at their seats.

​

3. **Club Shop Operations:**
   - Operate the club shop on match days.
   - Assist spectators with merchandise purchases.

​

4. **Supporter Assistance:**
   - Assist club supporters with inquiries or needs.

​

5. **Match Day Setup and Cleanup:**
   - Help set up the venue before matches.
   - Assist in the cleanup process after matches.

​

**Qualifications:**
- Enthusiastic about soccer and community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.

​

**Requirements:**
- Must be available for 4 hours on home match days.
- Commitment to volunteering for all 9 home matches in the season (April to early August).

- Reports to the Club's Matchday Director.
