### Job Description:

The Lee's Summit Athletic Gameday Manager is a crucial role responsible for overseeing all operations related to home matches. This volunteer position reports directly to the Director of Gameday Operations and involves coordinating with Matchday Attendants who report to the Gameday Manager. The primary focus is on creating an exceptional matchday experience for supporters that enhances the overall game-day atmosphere.

### Responsibilities:

1. **Matchday Operations:**
   - Coordinate and execute the setup and cleanup of facilities before and after matches.
   - Work closely with Matchday Attendants to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

2. **Promotions and Fan Engagement:**
   - Develop creative promotions to engage supporters and enhance their matchday experience.
   - Foster a vibrant atmosphere that adds excitement and energy to the game on the field.

​

3. **Premium Ticket Holder Experience:**
   - Ensure premium ticket holders receive a high level of service and attention.
   - Address any concerns or special requests from premium ticket holders.

​

4. **Club Matchday Shop:**
   - Take overall responsibility for the club matchday shop, including inventory management and sales.
   - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance the shopping experience for fans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team of Matchday Attendants.
