**Overview:**
Lee's Summit Athletic is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Media Director. This voluntary position will play a crucial role in enhancing the club's online presence, managing media platforms, and promoting the club through various digital channels.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Website Management:**
   - Maintain and update the club's official website to ensure accurate and current information.
   - Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create engaging and informative web content.

2. **Social Media Oversight:**
   - Manage and administer the club's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
   - Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote club activities, events, and achievements.
   - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.

​

3. **Matchday Cameras:**
   - Coordinate the setup and operation of home matchday cameras to capture high-quality footage.
   - Ensure proper recording and storage of matchday content for future use.

   - If able, live steam home matches.

​

4. **Media Content Creation:**
   - Develop creative and compelling multimedia content to showcase the club's activities.
   - Create promotional materials, graphics, and videos for use on various platforms.
   - Work closely with the Marketing team to align media content with overall branding strategies.

 

5. **Reporting:**
   - Provide regular reports on website analytics, social media engagement, and the impact of media campaigns.
   - Present findings to the club officers for evaluation and strategic planning.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in managing websites and social media platforms preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of the club's values and objectives.
