**Position Overview:**
Lee's Summit Athletic is seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Volunteer Videographer. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their videography skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the vibrant sports community in Lee's Summit.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Capture High-Quality Footage:** Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos of athletic events, practices, and related activities.

2. **Collaborate with Media Director:** Work closely with the Media Director to understand the vision and goals for video content.

​

3. **Creativity:** Bring a creative flair to video projects, suggesting innovative ideas for engaging and compelling content.

​

4. **Equipment Management:** Ensure proper care and maintenance of video equipment to guarantee optimal performance.

​

5. **Post-Production:** Edit and finalize videos, incorporating music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall quality.

​

6. **Adherence to Guidelines:** Follow organizational guidelines and standards for video content creation.

 

**Qualifications:**
1. Experience with videography, video editing, and post-production processes.
2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
4. Passion for sports and a good understanding of athletic events.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Willingness to contribute time and effort on a voluntary basis.
