**Overview:**
Lee's Summit Athletic is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Lee's Summit 1st Team Women's Manager. This volunteer position involves leading and coaching the adult women's side of LS Athletic. The ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience, a commitment to personal development, and the ability to contribute positively to the growth of the team.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Coaching and Training:**
- Plan, schedule, and conduct at least one training session per week for the 1st Team Women's squad.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance individual and team skills.

2. **Match Preparation:**
- Prepare the team for competitive matches, focusing on strategy, tactics, and player fitness.
- Attend matches to provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to players.
​
3. **Player Development:**
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Work with players to enhance their technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance.
​
4. **Certifications and Continuous Learning:**
- Possess or be willing to acquire coaching certifications as required by relevant soccer governing bodies.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and best practices.
​
5. **Communication:**
- Communicate effectively with players, club officers, and other coaching staff.
- Provide regular updates on team progress and performance.
​
6. **Club Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with other team managers and coaching staff within LS Athletic FC.
- Attend club meetings and contribute to the overall success and vision of the club.
​
**Qualifications:**
- Previous coaching experience (highly desired).
- Willingness to obtain necessary coaching certifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for soccer and player development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with club officers, coaching staff, and players.
